Shake Shack Village District

FIVE STAR ... We were walking and shopping in Raleigh's Village District and decided to try Shake Shack, our first experience with this restaurant. The Black Truffle double-burger with fries was awesome and plenty to split for two. Everything was tasty; the Angus beef, fried onions, cheese, sauces, and more... Give it a try if you need a burger fix!

Every time I come to this place, I receive outstanding service. The food is absolutely out of this world, and the restaurant is always clean, with staff and management who are genuinely eager to serve. This time, I came with a group of nine, and they didn’t miss a beat. We received our food very quickly, and the staff consistently checked on us to ensure our drinks were refilled and everything was perfect. Honestly, I almost don’t care how much they charge here—because I know I’ll be treated well every time. But to top it off, the prices are very affordable and reasonable. Thank you, Shake Shack, for knocking it out of the park again and again. Miss Tonya and Hanna definitely deserve a raise—they run this place like it’s their own business. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Inside is a nice seated and clean area, ordering my food was nice and easy, my food was ready in a timely manner, the quality of the food was good and the staff member that checked on me to see if everything was fine was nice.

This is a brand new location as of November 2023. The service and food were excellent! The atmosphere is really nice too. My crew got a mix of burgers, chicken, and milkshakes that everyone enjoyed. Check it out, I highly recommend it!

Absolute one of the best smash burgers I've had! Point blank. The shakes are good too, the limited Dubai chocolate shake is a must try get it before they stop serving it. Will def be back soon.

UPDATE: now I can see, i've been missing out on the best burger, fries, and shake in North Carolina!! This is the best burger i've ever had in a year living here. A single patty cheeseburger with lettuce, bacon, and ketchup, krinkle cut French fries with cheese and bacon, and my favorite chocolate shake! I posted the menu so you can see that other selections they have. James also represents this place with a coolness, I haven't seen in a while. Ralph greeted me today like we were family! And there's another young man running around bussing tables and running food, and he is working with a smile. I am twenty five minutes away from this place, but I will be here as often as I can possibly get here. Natalia and Sean represent this place like true heroes. So friendly and welcoming and helpful. This restaurant is full of delicious food but I only went in for a shake. So the chocolate shake I got is by far one of the top three of all time, and i'm in my fifties! It's very bright and comforting inside the with many tables and booths, clean bathrooms, and you can even see inside the kitchen if you want to watch them, make your food. Looks like lots of shopping and other restaurants in the area and definitely plenty of parking. I'm a shake connoisseur, and there's no question I'll be back here many times. Thank you guys!!

You couldn’t ask for friendly service!! The burgers and hot dogs are fresh! I’m pretty sure this is the freshest beef you can get from a chain in America so that’s nice. I always look forward to the lemonade and the milkshakes. All of the lemonade and milkshake flavors are for the season so I always look forward to trying different flavors every time I go. I would much rather spend 10-12 on a meal here than spend 10-12 at McDonald’s or a place similar shake. Shack is amazing.

Burgers are huge and my son love the hot dog. The shake Shack sauce was good with fries. I took a star off for service because you order your own food on a little computer instead of somebody doing it for you but the people bring it out. They were very sweet.
